You must be must be self-motivated and well-rounded and have experience working on commercial, industrial, school and waste water treatment plant projects. You will be working your tools 70% of the time and be responsible for insulating hot and chilled water lines and ductwork. You must be familiar with installing metal jacketing, vapor barriers, vapor retarders, and fiberglass insulation for chilled pipe, both iron and copper. You must also be able to install armaflex rubber insulation, poly ISO and Styrofoam insulation. Work will be both above ceiling and under ceiling. You must be able to install quality, good-looking work in installations under-ceiling. Your Foreman duties will include visiting various jobsites to ensure quality of work, meeting with PMs in the office to report on jobsite progress and material needs.
