We are seeking our next Inside Sales Representative- someone who will manage new business leads and maintain strong referral relationships by providing the ultimate customer experience to our policy holders and to our partners. Candidates must have experience servicing and/or writing auto and home policies and must hold an active personal lines producer license. This position is full-time; opportunities for hybrid or remote work are available.

Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Must be able to communicate clearly- we take a holistic and consultative approach with each and every sale which requires excellent interpersonal skills;
• Represent Jefferson Avenue Insurance to the best of your ability in all interactions;
• Must be comfortable taking initiative and making independent decisions in a fast-paced environment;
• Thrive while multi-tasking and problem-solving;
• Must be quick to take action while still maintaining quality;
• Manage a diverse portfolio of incoming sales leads in CRM pipelines;
• Set up win-back campaigns for lost deals within pipeline;
• Initiate cross sales to build long-lasting relationships with monoline customers;
• Participate in regular sales meetings and training sessions.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years prior experience providing high-quality customer service inside a personal lines insurance agency is required.
• Candidates must have strong knowledge of insurance terminology, underwriting and insurance policy lifecycle;
• Excellent customer service and strong communication skills;
• Prior experience with remote working preferred

The expected salary range for this position is $65,000-$70,000; all producers earn an annual base salary of $50,000 and have access to our competitive sales compensation plan.
