- Educate clients on different insurance policies and help them choose the right coverage
- Generate new leads and follow up on existing leads to expand client base
- Assist clients with claims processes and provide support throughout the claims resolution
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in insurance policies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Insurance Agent or similar role
- Valid insurance agent license
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong knowledge of insurance policies and regulations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
