A day in the life.

As our Insurance Associate on the Insurance Services team, you'll work alongside tenured colleagues to gain experience and skill sets for professional growth. You'll assist in the client review process by ordering designated summaries in advance of review target date and provide assistance to the team in preparation of stewardship reviews; updating summaries, creating spreadsheet and other documents as requested such as binding, obtaining quotes, and remarketing. You'll also assist in the new business process by establishing a file in our business tracking system, creating binders, identification cards, cancellation forms, and coordination of new business policy delivery. We may also ask for your help supporting the managers and leaders of your organization with scheduling office visits with clients and carriers. Lastly, you'll assist Client Advisors and Client Advisor Managers with day-to-day tasks such as processing various inquiries such as mortgage/lienholder, client identification, and billing inquiries. We request that you get a Property & Casualty license within the first 6 months of employment, if you don't already hold a license.

These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:

* P&C License

* Strong Microsoft Office skills, written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and act with a sense of urgency

* Previous insurance industry knowledge and experience

The applicable base salary range for this role is $39,000 to $72,200. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
