Project Recruit has partnered with a top-rated regional multidisciplinary law firm seeking to add a Senior Leasing Associate to its growing practice group. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in analyzing insurance coverage issues and draft coverage opinions for insurers.
• Support all phases of litigation, including drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, and preparing motions.
• Participate in mediation and settlement negotiations under the guidance of senior attorneys.
• Conduct thorough legal research and provide insights on New York practice in federal and state courts.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2-6 years of experience in insurance coverage
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the New York State Bar
