W-2 Employee***Dallas/Fort Worth metro Area ***Customer Service RepresentativeOur Farmers Agencies in Dallas - Fort Worth, TX are looking to hire the right individuals to join our outstanding customer service team. We are currently seeking to fulfill positions for fulltime Customer Service Representatives who will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our current clients and new prospects, processing policy change requests, maintain knowledge of our products, and answer any questions our clients may have. Insurance industry or office experience and knowledge is not required but is preferred. Salary: $15.00 - $20.00 per hourBenefits • Paid Holidays • Paid Time Off (PTO) • Mon-Fri Work Schedule • Hands On Training • Performance BonusesResponsibilities • Process customer policy change requests. • Handle all incoming claim calls from customers. • Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products. • Provide exceptional customer service. • Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty. • Assess and identify the wants and needs of your customer(s) over the phoneRequirements • Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable. • Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency. • Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills. • Must have ability to multi-task. • A Property & Casualty license is preferred but will train good individual.Professional phone etiquette.* Valid insurance license required for the job position.
