Role Description

As a full-time Insurance Customer Service Representative at our Greater Insurance Service Corp office in Cottage Grove, WI, you will be responsible for providing effective customer support and satisfaction. The role involves communicating with clients to answer inquiries, provide information, and process insurance policies and claims. The role also involves managing and resolving customer issues with quality standards.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills in providing support, satisfaction, and experience to customers
• Excellent communication skills in listening, speaking, and writing
• Ability to analyze and resolve customer concerns with high quality standards
• Experience in handling data entry, processing, and administrative tasks
• Proficient in using computer systems and insurance applications

Licenses or Certifications

• Active Wisconsin Insurance license preferred or be willing to obtain upon hire
