Ascension Global Staffing & Executive Search is seeking an Insurance Defense Attorney for its client's Miami office.

Responsibilities:

  • Insurance defense experience preferred – specializing in all phases of insurance defense, including first party property defense.
  • Trying cases with an emphasis on property and casualty.
  • Review pleadings, prepare pleadings and memorandums of law, review documents, handle discovery, take and attend depositions.

    • Qualifications:

    • Strong writing background.
    • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Outlook, Word); familiarity with Timeslips, Acuity, Sergengeti Legal Tracker, CaseGlide is an added plus.
    • Member of The Florida Bar.
    • High academic credentials required.
    • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
