What You'll Do

• Tackle Fraud Cases: Take on RICO cases against law firms and radiology companies, fighting insurance fraud involving intricate schemes in the construction industry.
• Collaborate with Expert Partners: Work closely with partners who are thought leaders, often featured in prominent media, and deeply committed to setting new legal precedents in NY law.
• Advocate in Court: Take charge of civil litigation cases, preparing pleadings, conducting discovery, and representing clients in state and federal courts.
