Associate Attorney - Insurance Defense

Location: Allen Parkway 2100 Billable Hours Bonuses and Benefits Qualifications: Education: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Licensure: Admission to Texas state bar and in good standing. Experience: Typically requires 2-5 years of relevant experience in insurance defense litigation. Skills:

• Strong litigation and trial skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Negotiation skills.
• Attention to detail and organization.

Additional Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with insurance coverage issues.
• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations in the insurance industry.
• Experience with electronic discovery and litigation support tools.
