We are actively seeking Insurance Defense Attorneys with expertise in personal injury cases to join our expanding team. Positions are open across California, from San Diego to Santa Barbara (SoCal) and Central CA to NorCal, offering remote work flexibility.

Our firm specializes in insurance defense, primarily focused on personal injury cases. While 99% of cases settle, trial experience is essential as some cases do go to trial. We are looking for candidates who are comfortable in the courtroom and eager to take cases to trial when necessary.

Open Positions:

1) Attorney Mid-Level

Salary: $165k+ (Performance-based bonus: $15-20k/year)

Location: Remote (SoCal)

Experience:

• 5-10 years of insurance defense experience
• 3-5 First Chair trials (some flexibility for the right candidate)
• Experience with epidural injection lawsuits is a plus

2) Attorney Senior-Level

Salary: $185k+ (Performance-based bonus: $20-25k/year)

Location: Remote (NorCal)

Experience:

• 5-10 years of insurance defense experience
• 7+ First Chair trials

Key Requirements for all roles:

• Strong time management skills
• A willingness to go to trial when needed
• Comfortable managing a caseload and meeting monthly targets
• Trial experience is required
• Candidates with Workers' Compensation (WC) defense experience will also be considered if the skillset is transferable
