Randstad is currently recruiting for an Eligibility Specialist. The position is temporary to hire and is 100% in the office. Position is located in the East End of Louisville. Hours are Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. Please do not apply if you are looking for a hybrid or remote position. Qualifications: - High School Diploma - 3 years of experience as an Eligibility Specialist or working with group benefits/ insurance - Advanced skills in Excel - Must have a data entry score of 10,000 keystrokes - Ability to work independentlysalary: $18.5 - $19 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 5 PMeducation: High SchoolResponsibilities

• Respond to inquiries regarding eligibility, benefits, claims status, provider status, membership, and billing from a variety of stakeholders, including subscribers, providers, group administrators, and agents/brokers
• Document each customer interaction thoroughly in the ETS system
• Research and correct claims processed incorrectly; process claim adjustments and issue refunds as necessary
• Participate in ongoing training programs and provide support to other departments as required
• Identify, report, and document system discrepancies to management for resolution
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude when interacting with both internal and external customers, ensuring high-quality customer service
• afeguard all private health information in accordance with HIPAA guidelines
• Handle escalated customer inquiries when management or team leads are unavailable
• Perform other related duties as needed to support the primary job responsibilities
