Compensation:84,000 - 111,000 yearly
Responsibilities:- Monitor the branch's financial performance and ensure we're meeting sales targets
- Leverage actuary data to strategically set premiums and maximize branch profit and use predictive modeling to determine risk and liability of payment of future benefits
- Recruit, train, develop, and supervise insurance agents with high potential and turn them into top performers to gain new customers and drive sales
- Take all necessary measures to ensure that ethical and legal compliance regulations are being followed by staff when handling insurance investigation claims
- Examine current company policies, make suggestions for improvements and implement new policies for the branch when necessary
Qualifications:- Exceptional knowledge of the most recent types of insurance, insurance plans, insurance products, current insurance policies, policy requirements, laws, and regulations
- 5+ years of experience in a supervisory position in the insurance industry
- Superb management, communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or finance
- Must have active insurance agent license in your state
