THE POSITION: Remote/Hyrbid We meet with 10-15 clients per week with the ability to make $50K - $150K annually depending on part time or full time. Reps are able to earn more after the first year. This is a commission based position with bonuses and trip incentive opportunities. Compensation increase requirements are predetermined and will be given upon completion of requirements. We will help you obtain the life/health insurance license required. We are looking for self-motivated leaders with a strong work ethic. We have fun and get stuff done! JOB DESCRIPTION This is a sales and leadership development position with financial tools at your disposal such as Life and Health Insurance policies to protect against financial loss due to death and disability. Rapid Debt Reduction Programs to help families pay their debt off quickly without spending any more than their current budget. Mortgage protection programs pay home loans in the case of untimely death, final expense, retirement preservation, IULs, and other proprietary product lines with A-rated carriers. - Great Earn As You Learn Training. 100% commission with generous bonus potential, 1099 position with no cap on income potential. - Zero cold calling. - You will respond to requests from new clients, set appointments. Your choice to meet with clients via Zoom, phone, or in-home. - You will meet with families, write applications with easy-to-use online tools, and get paid directly from nationally recognized insurance carriers.
