We seek a growth-minded insurance professional with employee benefits expirenece build a career with us!Key Qualifications:
  • Strong communication abilities in written and spoken interactions
  • At least three years of experience in insurance
  • An eye for detail and the capacity to juggle multiple tasks
  • Familiarity with insurance management software (Employee Navigator)
  • Prior experience with the Applied Epic system is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of Personal Lines will be considered a plus.
Primary Duties:
  • Facilitate sales and renewal work for insurance policies
  • Liaison to clients and carriers
  • Provide World Class client service
  • Address and resolve client inquiries and concerns
  • Offer expert advice to clients regarding coverage nuances, recommend suitable changes, and oversee policy modifications
  • Enhance client accounts through cross-selling and account rounding
  • Diligently maintain and update client accounts in our automation system, ensuring all interactions are documented
  • Assist other members of the insurance team with related duties
