- Strong communication abilities in written and spoken interactions
- At least three years of experience in insurance
- An eye for detail and the capacity to juggle multiple tasks
- Familiarity with insurance management software (Employee Navigator)
- Prior experience with the Applied Epic system is advantageous.
- Knowledge of Personal Lines will be considered a plus.
Primary Duties:
- Facilitate sales and renewal work for insurance policies
- Liaison to clients and carriers
- Provide World Class client service
- Address and resolve client inquiries and concerns
- Offer expert advice to clients regarding coverage nuances, recommend suitable changes, and oversee policy modifications
- Enhance client accounts through cross-selling and account rounding
- Diligently maintain and update client accounts in our automation system, ensuring all interactions are documented
- Assist other members of the insurance team with related duties
