Obtains and maintains accurate patient demographics. Supports and adheres to the Oklahoma Cancer Specialists and Research Institute Compliance Program, to include the Code of Ethics and Business Standards. Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent required, associate degree preferred. Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a medical business office with insurance procedures and patient interaction required. Must be able to prioritize duties and manage time in such a way as to successfully complete responsibilities as well as others, as assigned. Communication skills written and verbal. Excellent customer service and high level of courtesy and professionalism required. Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience, qualifications, and other relevant factors.
