The Intake & Account Specialist is a critical part of the Encompass office team! Managing intakes and scheduling for new clients, this individual helps to introduce and integrate new clients into Encompass. He or she handles insurance for clients and coordinates payment plans and statements.This position is fully on-site, Monday-Thursday 8a-5p, with half days on Fridays, if needed. Rewards:

Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience (1-3 months) in counseling/medical office required.
- Must be able to reliably report to work on time and ready at designated office.
- Must be able to sit or stand at a computer for long periods of time
- Must be able to use computer and telephone (with or without accommodation)

- Manage/oversee intakes, scheduling, sending paperwork, waiting list, intake terminations
- Accurately maintain expenses and petty cash reserve
- Verify client benefits before MHA appointment/re-verify each year and/or as needed
- Establish client payment plans, follow-up on overdue balances, etc.
- Perform special projects, as assigned
This position is contingent upon the completion of a satisfactory background check and drug test, satisfactory reference checks (emails were previously sent to the 3 references listed on your application), as well as the completion of a satisfactory Department of Justice National Sex Offender search and Ohio Alleged Perpetrator Search, as required by our licensing agency.Candidates must be 21 or older to apply.
