Your opportunity awaits at Silver Oaks Behavioral Hospital!The A&R Intake Assessment Clinician is responsible for:Assisting in the process of responding to referrals and other requests for services and information.Providing technical assistance to the discharge planning process, under the direction of the Director of A&R.Responsible for being the first contact with the community and therefore excels at providing resources, and support to callers and walk-ins.Providing general support to the case management program.Your Experience Matters What we're looking for:Education & Licensure:Master's Degree (preferred) in a human relations field.Licensed to practice in the State of Illinois as a mental health professional or in the process of obtaining a mental health license or in a master's program in mental health field. Experience:Preferably one or more years' experience in an intake/assessment setting within a behavioral health, human services department/ clinic or hospital. A minimum of two (2) years' experience with customer service.Additional Requirements: A working knowledge of a Mental Status Exam.
