Provide referrals to campus and community resources. Advise students and employees regarding EORR policies and procedures. Keep relevant parties informed with regular updates on active complaints and investigations. Manage training and compliance initiatives and supply necessary training resources. Conduct relevant presentations and orientations. Assist as a hearing facilitator in both in-person and virtual settings. Oversee office management, including financial and budgeting duties, while maintaining accurate records. Assist with scheduling and social media coordination.SUPPLEMENTAL FUNCTIONS: Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned. Participate in performance-related goal setting and achievement to meet personal and organizational goals and objectives. Attend and participate in training and other personal professional development activity.COMPETENCIES: Service Orientation Sensitivity Work Prioritization & Management Judgement Analysis/Problem Identification ConsistencyREMOTE WORK ELIGIBILITY:This position provides vital support to campus customers and requires the successful candidate be available to work on campus. The Intake Coordinator must be eligible to work in the United States, as sponsorship for work authorization or work visas is not available for this position.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Education: Bachelor's DegreeExperience: 2 years work-related experienceRequired licensure, certification, registration or other requirements: Valid driver's license with a motor vehicle record (MVR) compliant with the University Vehicle Use Policy.
