We require documentation upon hire.SUMMARY: Under general supervision, reviews, assesses and evaluates case eligibility for CIPP/DCIPP meetings; monitors and coordinates the scheduling of CIPP/DCIPP meetings; researches critical information; develops and maintains effective working relationships with all entities involved in CIPP/DCIPP processes.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Receives case notification and provides CIPP/DCIPP Universal Referral Form to Caseworker for completion; reviews and assesses completed paperwork to evaluate needs of clients and confirm case eligibility for CIPP/DCIPP to Caseworker; researches and reviews critical information, including Child Protection reports, medical information, school reports, psychological and psychiatric reports, caregiver data, court reports, etc.; deflects ineligible cases; enters referrals into CIPP/DCIPP and scheduling data system and provides referral materials to CIPP/DCIPP Facilitators.
- Collaborates with CIPP/DCIPP Facilitators regarding assessment of Universal Referral Form information to identify appropriate meeting participants and necessary documentation; monitors and coordinates the scheduling of CIPP/DCIPP meetings with identified participants, including, but not limited to, biological parents, children/youth, substitute caregivers, DCFS/POS Supervisors and Workers, Guardian Ad Litum, and others; informs Caseworkers and Supervisors of documentation needed to facilitate the CIPP/DCIPP process; establishes and facilitates effective working relationships with all individuals and entities involved in the CIPP/DCIPP process, encouraging communication and sharing of appropriate information; drives to and attends various meetings throughout the region.
- Provides input into quality assurance and improvement activities relating to the CIPP/DCIPP process; works with CIPP/DCIPP team members, permanency workers and supervisors to develop plans to greater enhance efficiency and quality of services.
- Triages cases for review; consults with supervisor on emergencies and court orders; develops plan for expedited review.
- Prepares and maintains client records, utilizing centralized computer system, in accordance with Department rules and procedures; generates program status reports and daily reports for Administrators.

Bachelor's Degree and two years of directly related professional casework/case management experience is preferred. Must also possess excellent computer, written and verbal skills.
