Overview:
Magical Moments ABA is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Intake Coordinator to join our team. This role requires excellent phone and virtual meeting skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and strong team communication. The ideal candidate will be comfortable learning and managing insurance information, basic ABA therapy concepts, and standard office tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Client Intake: Conduct initial phone and virtual meetings with potential clients, gathering essential information and providing an overview of our services.
• Insurance Coordination: Understand and manage insurance information, assisting clients with insurance queries and verifying coverage.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and documentation, ensuring all information is up-to-date and easily accessible.
• Communication: Collaborate effectively with team members, providing clear and timely updates on client status and any issues that arise.
• Office Management: Perform standard office tasks including scheduling, filing, and data entry, ensuring smooth daily operations.
• Education and Training: Stay informed about ABA therapy basics and continuously update knowledge to provide the best support to clients and the team.
Qualifications:
• Experience: Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required
Skills:
• Exceptional phone and virtual meeting etiquette.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic understanding of insurance processes.
• Proficient in standard office software

Education:
