Here, you'll find not just a job, but an opportunity to grow your career in a deeply rewarding environment!Come be part of a team that inspires, mentors and changes students' lives because everyone deserves a great future.Position Details:Full Time - Monday – FridayLocations: Sherman OaksKey Responsibilities:Manage incoming client inquiries via phone, email, and in-personSchedule client appointments and coordinate intake processesConduct initial screenings and assessments to determine client needsMaintain accurate and up-to-date client recordsAssist with billing and insurance verification processesCollaborate with the clinical team to ensure a seamless intake processManage client communications from initial call through handoff to the therapistQualifications:Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or related field (preferred)Previous experience in a mental health or healthcare setting (preferred)Strong organizational and time-management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamProficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic health record (EHR) systemsEffectively manage the intake process with a combination of empathy and confidenceSalary: $22.00 - $26.00 per hourWe are an equal opportunity employer that values diversity at all levels.
