Position Purpose:
The Intake Coordinator will assist with intake assessments for the Child Crisis Residential (CIRCA) program. You will provide therapeutic support and milieu maintenance with children and adolescents in a residential setting, conduct group and socialization activities, assist with day-to-day personal care needs of consumers, provide crisis prevention interventions, and provide individual interventions including case management support.
What you will do:
* Admit and integrate the resident into the CIRCA Program
* Complete intake and school packets for new consumers entering the program
* Conduct groups that relate to residents' needs
* Process and formal and informal documents
* Contact PCPs and coordinate to establish most recent physical exam for consumers
Minimum Qualifications:
* Master's Degree in Social/Human Services and 1 year of direct care experience working with children
* Valid Driver's license and ability to operate an organization vehicle
* Pre-employment drug screen, physical and TB, and Act 33/34/73 clearances

Schedule: This is a full-time non-exempt position (37.5 hours/week)
