We are creative, innovative, and never boring!Job Responsibilities:1. Works under Division 2 - Within Departments 4 (Intakes), Departments 5 (Follow-Ups), and Department 6 (IOP/PHP and Ketamine Sales);2. Responsible for consulting with clients and determining their needs, coordinating client- care services, and working with the care team to evaluate interventions;3. Provides comprehensive care to clients and clients by developing, monitoring, and evaluating each specific case;4. Identify clients who need higher levels of care and link them to other services, including but not limited to Psychiatry, Partial Hospitalization Programs, Intensive Outpatient Psychotherapy, and Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy;5. Communicate with the client and the client's primary clinicians to discuss possible care plans and linkage to other services;6. Monitor and ensure the quality of scheduling and clinician's schedules;7. Responsible for receiving and admitting clients and ensuring that the care for their clients is well coordinated;8. Coordinating admissions and scheduling for higher level programs including but not limited to Intensive Outpatient, Psychotherapy, and Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy;9. Utilizes electronic medical records to document and track all case management services and referrals;10. Guide clients and teams with compassion while demonstrating a complete understanding of healthcare procedures and practices;11. Facilitate client understanding of health needs while maintaining a high level of respect and confidentiality for the client;12. Collaborate with clinicians and providers to set up client appointments13. Follow up with the client and see how the treatment is going after 2-3 days of being admitted14. Treat clients with empathy and respect and professionally conduct oneself;15. Comply with organizational guidelines and health care laws and regulations;16. Develops interdisciplinary management tools by participating in weekly meetings with the supervisor, coordinating information and care requirements;17. Respects client's rights by maintaining their confidentiality;18. Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organizational standards;19. Maintains client care database by entering new information as it becomes available20. Schedule clients for regular outpatient services, including psychiatry and therapy;21. Answers all inquiries and explains all the various services offered.22. Takes and enters all information, including contact and insurance information, into the system23. Log new client inquiries into the CRM system and update them promptly;24. Assist assigned clinicians with scheduling inquiries25. Manages multi-line phone calls.26. Performs varied administrative and front desk duties for a medical office.27. Accepting, logging, scanning, and uploading medical records received by the front desk.28. KPI: Weekly on pending, won, and lost leads with an explanation of each lead.29. Explain and promote our different mental health services and produce high-conversion30. Have customer service and sales experience31. Monitor Administrative Referral Tracker for potential clients32. Monitor CRM for potential clients33. Monitor Google Ad list in CRM for potential clients34. Calls are routed through the facility phone system32. Verification of Benefits (VOB)33. Rate: $25 to $26 per hour depending on related experienceJob Qualifications:
  • Education: A BA/BS in Social Work or a related field.
  • Experience: 3 years of related experience in the medical setting is required
  • Psychiatric/Mental Health experience is a plus.
  • Have customer service and sales experience
  • This position requires traveling to different facilities.
