Intake Manager

LHH is seeking an energetic, positive, and detail-oriented Intake Manager in Anne Arundel County, Maryland. The ideal candidate will have experience in client intake or customer service, preferably in a legal or professional services setting. This role involves leading the client intake team, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for prospective clients, and maintaining high standards of professionalism and efficiency. Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead the intake team, including hiring, training, and performance management.
  • Oversee the intake process, ensuring prompt and accurate responses to prospective client inquiries.
  • Develop and implement standardized intake procedures to maximize efficiency and client satisfaction.
  • Review and evaluate incoming cases to determine eligibility for firm representation.
  • Sell the firm's services and close deals.
  • Coordinate follow-ups and ensure timely communication with prospective clients.
  • Monitor intake metrics and prepare reports for senior management.
  • Collaborate with attorneys and other departments to align intake strategies with firm goals.
  • Handle escalated client concerns with professionalism and empathy.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Communications, Law) or equivalent experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience in client intake, customer service, or a related role, preferably in a legal or professional services setting.
  • Sales-oriented background desired.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse individuals.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Hubspot, Clio, and Microsoft Office, or similar tools.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Employment Type:

  • Full-Time
  • On Site

Compensation: $60,000.00-$65,000
