JR Law Group is looking for an Intake Specialist. We need someone with ambition, initiative, outgoing personality, and willing to exude our core values.

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional and collaborative attitude
  • Proven organizational skills in a fast-paced environment; ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects
  • Solid writing and grammar skills
  • Self-motivated and strong work ethic
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, and often high-pressured legal environment
  • Excellent listener and articulate verbal and written communicator
  • Exceptional people and interpersonal skills
  • Required hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School Diploma
  • Proficiency in MS Office software applications: Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, Outlook

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Answer incoming calls from potential clients, promote and schedule consultations
  • Facilitate consultations and associated administrative tasks
  • Manage office supply inventory
