You can make things happen in a fast-paced startup environment.Not Your Typical Intake Specialist RoleAt Darrow, you will be part of the global Revenue team, working directly under the Plaintiff Finding Team Lead to help find and vet potential leads to be plaintiffs in class action lawsuits. You will play an instrumental role in helping bridge the gap between victims of legal violations and the people who represent them, holding companies accountable for harming individuals.RequirementsAt least 1 year of experience as an intake specialist/call center representative or in an administrative role within an office setting.Strong interpersonal skills, with a specific focus on customer communication via phone (experience in telemarketing or cold-calling a plus).Proven organizational skills and tech-savvy with experience using CRM software, and a demonstrated ability to quickly adapt to new software and platforms.Ability to work independently and proactively, manage competing priorities and deadlines, exercise sound judgment, and take ownership of issues and matters through to their successful conclusion.Must enjoy working collaboratively with cross-functional business partners in a fast-paced environment.Speaks English at an idiomatic level.ResponsibilitiesManaging the entire lead intake process to ensure high customer conversion rates.Contacting potential plaintiffs using a variety of communication methods (inbound and outbound calls, email, text, and advanced communication software), and tracking them via Salesforce.Vetting potential plaintiffs by conducting phone questionnaires and collecting relevant documents.Working across departments and collaborating with teams such as Marketing, Sales, Litigation Success, and Legal Data.Updating and maintaining streamlined communication with our clients to ensure a smooth end-to-end experience, demonstrating professionalism.Apply for this PositionFields marked with * are mandatory.First name *Last name *Email *Phone *Resume * Attach ResumeLinkedIn Profile URLPersonal websiteAttach Cover LetterAttach PortfolioPersonal noteNY Location ConfirmationAre you currently located in NY and/or willing to relocate to NY for this role? *At Darrow, we have a hybrid work schedule and require 3 days on-site in our NY office.YesNoWill you now, or in the future require visa sponsorship to work in the US? *YesNoHelp us be an equal opportunity employerYou are requested (but not required) to fill in the personal data below.
