Your Schedule will be discussed during interviewJob Responsibilities:Serve as the first contact for applicants; taking incoming calls and accurately entering the information into various systems.Navigate through multiple systems to access the appropriate information in order to provide the correct service and complete a first-call resolution for customers.Determine the proper protocols for follow-up calls in a timely and efficient manner.Possess the ability to properly de-escalate upset callers to provide the best possible service in a timely manner.
