Overview: Provides Behavioral Health services for callers to enhance their entrance into Mercy Health Care. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, guiding principles, mercy standards and NASW Code of Ethics. Intake Specialist Qualifications: Education: Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or mental health degree required.
