Position Summary:

• Respond to inquiries regarding potential admissions and general questions.
• Gather necessary information to facilitate the admission process.
• Provide referrals for individuals not suited for admission.
• Complete pre-authorization of services.
• Welcome patients and assist with paperwork upon their arrival at the facility.

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred.

Experience:

• Experience in behavioral healthcare, crisis management, and psychological assessments or intake is essential.
