Busy, well-known national personal injury/mass torts litigation law firm seeking a highly motivated, experienced and hard-working individual to fill the position of supervisor of the firm s Intake Department. This position involves assisting in managing, training and overseeing our dedicated team of intake specialists and investigators.
The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years' plus experience in plaintiff's personal injury, experience working with clients directly, a commitment to providing exceptional client service, and an eye for detail. This position is an excellent opportunity for a highly driven and enthusiastic experienced personal injury paralegal who shares our vision, passion, and dedication to serving our clients quickly, efficiently and professionally.
Responsibilities include supervising the intake team whose roles include direct phone contact with prospective clients injured as the result of another person or party's negligence, our investigators who perform case sign-ups as well as direct contact with attorneys referring matters to our firm as well as attorneys from other firms whom we refer matters to.
The candidate must be extremely personable, empathetic and organized and have extensive knowledge and experience in the field of plaintiff's personal injury.
The candidate should also be comfortable with legal case management software. Experience with SmartAdvocate case management software is a plus.
