We are looking for an Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Manager to join our Strategy & Transformation (S&T) team in Bucharest. Directly reporting to East Balkans S&T Lead.

The IBP Manager will need to develop and implement a new IBP process framework that effectively focuses on 18+ months horizon. This is a position with a significant transformation component in advance of running the process.

The position holder is leading x-functional teams and input of drivers and building advanced analytics for long term forecast projection. This requires increased maturity and Leadership effectiveness in driving results and decision making and ability to effectively influence senior stakeholders while driving change with peers without direct reporting line but by influence.

You will be leading the DMR process integrating sales and operational planning, supporting delivery of Volumes and Profit via gap closing process, coordinate x-functionally difficult balance and trade-offs between conflicting Demand &Supply KPIs and functions. He further oversees the PMR (Bev and Snacks), SR, IR and leads MBR to ensure the input from every cycle flows through to the following cycle and the right actions are taken to take the right decisions for the business. He further creates one set of numbers as driver for Annual & Periodic plans used by total company. Expand IBP process to 18+ months rolling by gathering demand inputs, market trends and customer insights for long term demand forecasting.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deploy the objectives for IBP and ensure there is understanding in the organization for the IBP process including implication of each cycle.
  • Lead the cross-functional reconciliation of the output from the individual i-S&OP process steps, (Product, Demand and Supply), and then supporting Management Business Review (MBR) preparation.
  • Engage the right individuals in decisions in appropriate ways across the organization and keep them informed of changes and progress toward expected outcomes.
  • Identifies, surfaces or creates action plans to deliver remediation and improvements within IS&OP scope.
  • Ensure that right IT solutions/x-functional inputs are in place to manage long term volume forecast projection.
  • Support the alignment of Leadership Team stakeholders to reach recommendations and decisions to close and exceed the financial gaps which the i-S&OP process identifies.
  • Cooperation with x-functional teams to develop one set of numbers for the 18 months rolling horizon.
  • Responsible for leading cross functional reconciliation, coordination of review meetings including agendas, preparation of decision support materials and driver decision making.
  • One set of numbers to run business - volume, revenue & contribution profit forecasts.
  • Forecast accuracy (short & long-term).
  • Sharing and importing best-practices from sector/region to East Balkans environment.
Qualifications:

Qualifications:

  • Consistent IBP, Demand Planning, Supply/Production Planning, S&OP or S&OE experience preferred.
  • 7yrs+ overall experience, 5yrs+ cross-functional.
  • Project Management experience that includes leading project teams and working with cross-functional and/or extended teams in a highly matrixed environment.
  • Has good knowledge of how (PepsiCos) FMCGs Sales/Commercial operate and interact.
  • A strong financial background with sound Commercial understanding.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
  • Experience in understanding and defining complex customer requirements and shaping them into solutions.
  • Fluent English.
  • MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, advanced working knowledge of analytical applications.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Positive and flexible attitude to enable adjusting to different needs in an ever-changing environment.
