Job Title: Integrated Master SchedulerJob DescriptionPerform all scheduling functions, including preparation, maintenance, and update of the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), in accordance with the Department of Defense (DoD) Integrated Master Plan (IMP) and IMS Preparation and Use Guide. Document and track all actions required for events and milestone reviews. Provide a reliable, valid schedule in accordance with global standards set by the Program Management Institute (PMI). Apply appropriate management analysis techniques with respect to cost, schedule, risk assessment, and scenario planning. Develop, integrate, and synchronize Government and program contractor(s) schedules for efforts including major design upgrades, work directives, software releases, vehicle production, and design cut-ins to fielded vehicles. Coordinate multiple project teams to ensure enterprise-wide integration of efforts and capture internal/external dependencies that can affect timing. Present schedules in both detailed and high-level resolution formats to leadership.ResponsibilitiesDevelop, integrate, and present task-oriented activities in a comprehensive Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).Provide services to team leads with schedule status reviews and schedule update meetings.Maintain and update the IMP and IMS to ensure that acquisition program schedules are complete and correctly documented.Review and present each document required for program milestone reviews or events.Capture all tasks for the project over the next 4-5 years, integrating with OEM schedules.Essential SkillsMinimum of 3 years of recent experience as a program scheduler, master scheduler, project planner, or master planner.Experience maintaining and developing project schedules.Proficiency with project management/scheduling tool software suites such as Microsoft Project, KIDASA Milestone Professional, and software using Monte Carlo simulation tools.Bachelor's Degree.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience working on military acquisition programs or with ground combat vehicle systems.Experience with Just In Time procurement.Degree in Project Management, Business Management, or Business Administration.Strong listening skills, fast learner, and a go-getter attitude.Ability to work well with cross-functional teams, strong organizational and prioritization skills.Work EnvironmentThe role is based in a purpose-built facility in Sterling Heights, MI, strategically supporting the US Army Tank-Automotive and Armaments Command (TACOM) and the Detroit Arsenal. The facility includes office spaces, conference rooms, an engineering lab, and vehicle high bay integration space. The standard working hours are Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm, with flexible scheduling options available.
