Description. Chimera Enterprises International is seeking an Integrated Master Scheduler to support the Joint Program Executive Office for Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear Defense (JPEO- CBRND) JPEO-CBRND Medical Office. The JPEO-CBRND manages our nation's investments in chemical, biological, radiological, and nuclear defense equipment, and medical countermeasures. battlespace worldwide. This position requires a Secret clearance.Job Duties:Create integrated master schedules (IMSs) in Microsoft Project.Analyze and review Microsoft Project schedules provided to the government from candidates/sub candidates.Collaborate with the JPM product teams to create the integrated master schedules (IMSs) for the JPM portfolio and provide them to leadership electronically using schedule software (i.e. Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Open Plan, Primavera, Milestones Professional, etc.).Analyze the IMS's and provide high-level IMS briefings to support JPM CBRN Medical leadership decision making.Collaborate with the risk manager to provide a risk-loaded Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for a complete engineering development program involving hardware and software development, multiple sub-component integration, and system testing.Assist the team lead with the planning, development/refinement, initiation, and execution of new requirements, projects, procedures, and guidelines.Assist in development, design, and implementation of annual and long-range plans to realize the product development components of strategic goals.Develop, maintain, update, and distribute/deliver educational materials and training specific to developing and analyzing program schedules.Develop and maintain an Integrated Master Schedule Standard Operating Procedure for use across the organization and update on an annual basis or as major changes occur.Manage and provide updates on issues, upcoming meetings, briefings, and taskers related to assigned projects, both orally and in written form.Support project management, engineering management, Department of Defense (DoD) acquisition, or another related subject of comparable complexity and responsibility; applying the acquisition processes and policies as outlined in the Department of Defense Instruction (DoDI) 5000.02, relating it to the life cycle (product development, production, and sustainment).Facilitate meetings and communicate programmatic issues, concerns, and information.Interface with program management, contracting, and engineering staff, as well as supervisors, to ensure the accuracy of forecasting information and schedule feasibility.Provide input to support annual, monthly, and weekly recurring reports, as needed.Required Knowledge, Skills and AbilitiesUnderstand Monte Carlo simulation data to see all the possible outcomes of decisions and assess the impact of risk, allowing for better decision making under uncertainty (e.g. Risk Recon or similar risk software).EducationBachelor's degree and/ or 10 years of equivalent work experience.Clearance Level: SecretLocation: Ft.
