**Description**
LinQuest is seeking an innovative, creative and highly-motivated teammate to support a MILSATCOM Program Management Office (PMO) within the US Space Force's (USSF), Space Systems Command (SSC) at Peterson Space Force Base (PSFB), CO.
LinQuest is the prime contractor on the MILSATCOM Systems Engineering, Integration and Test (MSEIT) contract. By applying to this position, you are in consideration for LinQuest employment. However, you also have the option to be hired by one of our subcontractor teammates.
The candidate will perform Integrated Product Support (IPS) responsibilities for Military Satellite Communications (MILSATCOM) systems from development to operations and provide IPS expertise to include planning and management of, but not limited to; product support; supply support; maintenance; packaging, handling, storage, and transportation; sustaining engineering; design interface; technical data; information technology continuous support; support equipment; training and training support; manpower and personnel; facilities and infrastructure; programming, planning, budgeting and execution; and contracting.
The MILSATCOM Systems Engineering, Integration, and Test (MSEIT) effort provides leading edge Systems Engineering & Integration (SE&I) for the Air Force's Space and Missiles System Center. We support the Air Force's acquisition of state of the art Military Satellite Communications systems, providing global secure, survivable, and protected communications for our nation's warfighters. We seek technical individuals who will thrive in a highly collaborative work environment of small teams, using the most modern tools and methodologies to tackle the challenges of integrating complex space and ground communications systems.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Author and evaluate various Integrated Product Support documents to include, but not limited to: Depot Maintenance Activation Plans (DMAP); Life Cycle Sustainment Plan (LCSP); Technical Orders and Manuals; Provisioning; Physical Configuration Audits; Demilitarization and Disposal; Sparing; Depot Source of Repair; Packaging; Permanent Modifications; Facility Modifications; Financial Improvement and Audit Remediation; Contract Data Requirements; Maintenance Plans; Government Property; Product Support Arrangements; Integrated Master Schedules; Configuration and Data Management; and Records Management.
+ Execute, facilitate, or support Integrated Product Support forums to include, but not limited to: Integrated Logistics Support Management Teams; Integrated Product Support Working Groups; Depot Maintenance Activation Working Group; Training Planning Team; Provisioning Conferences; Technical Order Verification; Modification Control Board; Engineering Review Board; Interface Control Working Group; Configuration Review Board; Baseline Control Board; Cybersecurity Engineering Working Group; and Integrated Product Support Element Reviews

**Required Skills and Experience:**
+ Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
+ 5 years' related experience in DoD Space Operations, Life Cycle Logistics, or DoD Acquisition
+ 5 years' experience related to technical leadership of teams and projects

+ Oral/written Communications - expert
+ Microsoft Office - proficient to expert

+ Personnel must be able to work autonomously with customers, define and develop operational/technical projects and be actively involved in the technical direction and mentoring of more junior specialists
+ **You must be authorized to work in the US and able to obtain and maintain a DoD TS/SCI clearance**

**Compensation for Colorado:** Starting salary ranges from approximately $115,000 to $135,000 depending on relevant experience and qualifications.
