RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce is immediately seeking an experienced Integration Analyst in support of our enterprise telecommunications and mass media client based in Maryland Heights, MO.Job Summary:We are seeking a Senior Integration Analyst to join our Fortune 500 client's team. This role focuses on providing technical expertise in systems integration, troubleshooting, and collaborating with various stakeholders to recommend and implement strategic solutions. The position will require a hands-on approach to designing, documenting, and improving the architecture of complex systems in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:

• Provide technical assessment of the existing system architecture and propose improvements
• Act as a technical expert in addressing systems integration and compatibility across multiple platforms
• Produce and maintain technical process flows, data mapping, and related documentation to support application architecture
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and business stakeholders to recommend strategies for solving problems
• Work with the Enterprise Architecture team to design and configure systems and applications for improved operations
• Provide guidance to development teams based on analytical findings
• Creatively visualize and report data insights in various formats for stakeholders
• Assist in troubleshooting application or data issues across integrated systems
• Understand business use cases and translate them into technical specifications for solution implementation
• Research and recommend strategies for customer- and agent-facing systems, technical interfaces, and automated solutions
• Offer technical expertise on complex projects and explore new technologies for departmental use

REQUIREMENTS:

• BA/BS in Information Technology, Computer Science, MIS, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of IT work experience
• Intellectually curious with strong problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent interpersonal skills, able to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Proven ability to distill complex technical information into clear, concise communications
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize technical resources
• Proficiency in creating complex process flow models
• Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting data
• Experience in preparing and delivering data-driven presentations
• Effective communication skills across all levels of management and personnel
• Ability to influence and build consensus among internal and external stakeholders

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
