About the Position: The Integration Analyst will be a valued member of the organization who will be primarily focused on building new integrations and maintaining the existing ones. This position requires a candidate who can work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. This position offers a competitive compensation package (including base salary, bonus, benefits) sufficient to attract a superior candidate, compensation to be based on candidate background and qualifications. This person is expected to work from our North Brunswick NJ office. Responsibilities:
  • Excellent Communication is a Must.
  • Work closely with clients and partners to identify integration requirements and help in onboarding.
  • Collaborate with clients and external partners to build, test and maintain integrations (primarily RestAPI) and workflows.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues and provide technical support to customers regarding their integrations.
  • Maintain and provide support for other existing integrations (Flat Files, xml, csv, etc)
  • Provide operational support for internal applications, database servers and databases.
  • Design, develop, maintain, and troubleshoot software applications.
Qualifications: This job requires attention to detail and the ability to multitask, excellent troubleshooting and critical thinking skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a similar field.
  • Experience in Supply chain preferred.
  • A minimum of 2+ years' experience in order management (ASN, Invoice, Purchase orders)
  • 1-2 years' experience of software programming .NET including SQL Server would be an added advantage.
  • Experience with RestAPI.
  • Preferred knowledge of EDI (850,860,855,856,810)
  • Preferred knowledge of fulfillment lifecycle of B2B/Wholesale/EDI orders
  • Analytical thinking and troubleshooting skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with end-user training.
