Job Description: Job Description: POSITION SUMMARY: As our Integration Platforms Lead you will lead a shared-service integration portfolio responsible for integration architecture, integration platforms & tools and integration standards. We are seeking a hands-on integration subject matter expert with growing leadership skills to work closely with other Information & Digital Services portfolios to transform our integration service capabilities and set standards that will shape the future of integration services. In this role your technical responsibilities will include influencing integration architecture, supporting production and non-production platforms, guiding & creating high/low level designs, guiding & developing integration instances, liaison with vendor/partners and establishing integration standards to be followed by development/operations teams. This role requires you to be flexible and adaptable, in terms of dealing with ambiguity, learning fast, networking with colleagues and keeping up with the latest industry and technology trends. In this role, your non-technical responsibilities will include, at the direction of your manager, guiding day-to-day activities of other team members, coaching & mentoring team members, contributing to performance feedback and participating in management/leadership development training. You will report to our Manager of Digital and Enterprise Architecture and work out of our headquarters located in Bend, OR. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: 20% - Integration Platforms Lifecycle Management Maintain a configuration item inventory of integration platforms & tools and consistently measure the health of configuration items to meet business objectives Stay abreast of integration platform & tool roadmaps and recommend ongoing enhancements and/or replacement to continuously improve value Establish and ensure consistent measurement of integration platform metrics spanning areas such as platform health, adherence to architectural and development standards, incident/problem resolution and financial expenditures Monitoring and adhering to integration application best practices and internal company governance and guiding principles 25% - Technical Team Leadership Provide guidance and direction to team members on projects, tasks, and/or activities in the integration technology domain Provide cross-functional technical leadership to IT and business portfolios Regularly review and suggest improvements to the Integration Portfolio's development and operational processes Work with the business and other IDS teams to understand and enable needed business capabilities.Facilitating discussions regarding technology and information needs with business stakeholders In collaboration with employees manager - help provideteam member's career guidance, act as a role model, and establish constructive relationships 25% - Solutions Architecture & Development Design for the Future. Think creatively, recognize new trends falling within scope that are the most valuable opportunities to apply Evaluate options for addressing business needs through integration technology & architecture improvements Manage integration solution development lifecycle Continuously improve current integration architecture, technologies and patterns in alignment with the Les Schwab Enterprise Architecture framework and methodologies. Define, maintain and support adherence to integration-related standards, policies and procedures as part of a community of practice Develop and maintain documentation of enterprise artifacts and assist Enterprise Architecture in integration artifact management Define, design, develop and test integrations and common integration services Participate as an integration subject matter expert and architectural owner in solution and committee reviews Identify approaches to meet business requirements, confirming appropriate controls and driving execution of the approach 15% - Production Operations Support Coordinate a 24/7 level 2/level 3 support program to ensure effective and efficient triage, diagnosis, incident resolution and service recovery. Participate in level 2/level 3 support by conducting triage, diagnosis, resolution and service recovery activities Collaborate with NOC operations to monitor integration services and develop standard operating procedures for response and escalation. 15% - Stakeholder and Vendor Management Consult and collaborate with stakeholders, developers, project managers, vendors and other technical staff to resolve complex technical issues that ensure the integrity of the production environment Establish and maintain 3rd party vendor relationships, including leading alignment discussions and consistent communications Manage vendor performance to ensure that partners are providing support and solutions in accordance with mutually agreed upon outcomes that are beneficial to Les Schwab's business objectives. Resolve issues if needed. Lead vendor teams to implement business initiatives as primary project sponsor ensuring on time, quality deliverables that meet business needs Maintain continuous learning of industry best practices and trends; apply advanced concepts, principles to the Les Schwab environment MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Educational/Experience Requirements: Four-year college degree in Computer Science or a related technical field Required Technical Skills/Knowledge: 5 years experience working with integration technologies & architectures 2 years experience with Dell Boomi products in a technical role Experience with AWS, Integration DevOps and Groovy/JavaScript experience Proven experience designing integration data mappings Proven experience with enterprise application integration Experience coaching teams on Lean methodologies that deliver results based on agile workflows, open communication, and metrics driven processes Integration support experience for retail or service industries Must be hands-on (Whiteboard to keyboard; integration development minimum is 25%) General Knowledge and Abilities: Experience guiding and influencing teams comprised of employees and external resources including professional services, contingent workers and managed services Ability to communicate technical and non-technical information clearly and professionally (both verbally and in writing) while ensuring that the quality and content of the message are relevant to the circumstances Analytical and decision making skills with proven ability to identify root causes and manage complex tasks Ability to organize, manage, prioritize, and budget projects and efforts effectively and strategically Growing ability to manage, inspire, and support teammates to ensure successful completion of work tasks and projects to achieve organizational goals and objectives Ability to create and promote a culture in which service excellence is expected for all levels of staff Ability to establish, maintain, and encourage cooperative working relationships by understanding and relating to other people BENEFITS: Annual profit-sharing bonus Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance Company-funded retirement plan - no cost to employee Paid holidays Paid time off Tuition Assistance Employee discount Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions/primary responsibilities.
