We want to hear from you!As an Integration Consultant, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining seamless integrations between cloud-based applications and HR/recruiting systems. In this role, you will:Build, test and update integrations via APIs or through Flat File SFTP for cloud-based applications and HR/recruiting systemsAct as the technical liaison and Paradox integration subject matter expert between team members, clients, and partners to define requirements and clarify project scope and roadmapsEngage in technical solution design with clients and internal team by leading virtual and onsite meetingsHandle different HTML request types and end points, while maintaining the API calls libraryIdentify areas of improvement within workflow solutions through ongoing research and validationMaintain current and ongoing knowledge of leading integration technologiesExperience & Requirements:3+ years of enterprise software integration experienceTechnical bachelor's degree or equivalent years of relevant experienceDeep understanding of APIs, especially Web APIs, REST APIs, JSON-RPC and XML-RPCExperience building integrations in API development platforms such as Postman, Dell Boomi, Mulesoft, Celigo and/or SoapUIExperience working with SFTP, Flat Files, JSON, and XML data structuresExperience in a client-facing role, with a high level of comfort leading client conversations with technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior executivesTalent / HR technology experience, preferredAbility to own and manage competing priorities at any given timeAbility to work from our London, UK officeAuthorization to work in the United KingdomWhy You Should Work at Paradox:Work side by side with passionate, purposeful people - Talent is our DNA and we pride ourselves on having the best!Ability to make a big impact on a growing organization and drive your own careerThe opportunity to build the next big thing in talent technologyInternal and external professional development, coaching, and continuous education opportunities#J-18808-Ljbffr
