Duties:
- Provide legal counsel and strategic advice on intellectual property matters, including patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets.
- Draft and negotiate intellectual property agreements, licenses, and contracts.
- Conduct intellectual property due diligence in mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions.

Requirements:
- Portable business.
- Extensive experience as an Intellectual Property Attorney.
- Admission to the State Bar in New York or eligibility for admission.
- Strong understanding of intellectual property laws and regulations.

Education/Certifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
