Patent Prosecution Attorney - Partner, Counsel or Of Counsel Levels

Our client is a boutique firm based in New York, seeking a patent prosecution attorney for its growing intellectual property practice. This position involves working with a range of clients including AI, consumer products, fashion, and design products, among others. Candidates with an entrepreneurial spirit will be a great match for the firm, as well as a strong desire to join a dynamic firm in growth mode. Some portable business is preferred.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience in patent prosecution and drafting.
• Experience within a range of technologies, including electrical, AI, robotics, and life sciences.
• USPTO and state bar admission.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills; interested in working within a very motivated and collegial team.
