Clinty Talent is actively seeking an experienced and professional Vice President for Psychiatric/Crisis Services. This professional will be responsible for multiple (24-hour a day/7 Days a week) Crisis Programs including a Designated Screening Center, Crisis Diversion Home, the Involuntary Outpatient Commitment (IOC) Program and an exciting new initiative, the Crisis Receiving Stabilization Center (CRSC), which is a new model in New Jersey.Schedule : Monday- FridayRequirements: New Jersey Licensed LCSW, LPC, LMFT. 5+ years of experience working with the serious and persistent mentally ill population including dually diagnosed individuals.About The Role:Creates and maintains a wellness and recovery-oriented environment–across the Crisis Services Sector–by using person-centered planning, language and documentation, and by ensuring that services provided promote wellness and recovery outcomes.Works collaboratively with the COO, Grants Team, and Budget Analysts to submit timely grant applications to expand Crisis Services across the state of New Jersey. Develops, launches, and implements new programs while demonstrating an understanding of NJ DMHAS regulations and fee-for-service Medicaid and 3rd party insurance billing.Ensures daily direction and evaluation of employees and participates in the following processes along with HR and Executive Leadership: hiring, employee counseling, and terminations.
