Interim CFO
Our client, a technology company, is seeking an Interim CFO. This role is 100% remote and will be crucial over the next 4-6 months in enhancing budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling capabilities. The successful candidate will lead these critical processes to develop a robust budget and accurate, business-aligned forecasts, providing essential financial insights to accelerate the company's growth towards achieving $100M in ARR.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the budgeting process, ensuring the creation of a high-quality budget that aligns with business goals, resulting in better financial planning and resource allocation.
- Improve the accuracy and reliability of financial forecasts, enabling more informed decision-making and supporting the company's growth objectives.
- Develop and refine the annual operating plan model to provide actionable insights, contributing to the company's strategy to achieve $100M in ARR.
- Deliver strategic financial insights that drive business decisions, helping to accelerate the company's growth and optimize financial performance.
- Streamline financial operations and processes, reducing manual efforts and increasing overall efficiency within the finance function.
Key Deliverables:
- A robust budget for FY2025 and projections for the next 5 years.
- ARR forecasting model.
- Improvement recommendations on current models and creation of future models.
