Interim Director, Clinical Trials

HCT is seeking an interim Director of Clinical Trials for a US health system to lead operations and develop/support Clinical Research and Foundation research relationships. Research is focused on Oncology and areas including Pharma support research, NCI trials, and Investigator Initiated Trials. This is a highly visible position within the health system and community. Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred, Masters preferred.
• Experience: Healthcare background is required along with previous clinical operations experience. Previous experience with cancer/oncology research or service line management is preferred. Ability to be politically savvy and successfully report to multiple stakeholders will be essential in this role.
• License: Current RN license preferred.
