Our client a high-profile manufacturing organization is looking for a dynamic Interim Human Resources Director to join their team as they are going through a transformation. Reporting to the Global Director, Organizational Capability, you would be responsible for providing a broadrange of HR support to office, sales, and factory employees throughout the USA. As an interim Human Resources Director, you will be overseeing recruitment & onboarding, benefits administration, human resources program execution, employee relations, and health, safety, and environment. Additionally, you will be responsible for a variety of adhoc projects as required.
