Major, Lindsey & Africa s Interim Legal Talent group has an immediate need for an Interim Master Repurchase Agreement Negotiation Attorney.

Overview: Our Global Bank Client is looking for legal support on the Master Repurchase Agreement Trading Desk.

Company: Global Banking Client in NYC.

Experience: 5+ years, MRA, GMRA and Sponsor Repurchase Trading Agreement.

Location: Hybrid-3 days in office.

Responsibilities:

• Handling the negotiation of high volume MRA and Global MRA (GMRA) Agreements;
• Handling the negotiation of Sponsor Repo Trading Agreements; and
• Advising on the new SEC standard mandating the central clearing in the US Treasury Market.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years experience handling the negotiation of MRA, GMRA and Sponsor Repo Trading Agreements;
• Experience advising on the new SEC standard mandating the central clearing in the US Treasury Market; and
• Qualified and in good standing in at least one US jurisdiction.
