Interim SEC Reporting Manager

StevenDouglas is seeking experienced resources to assist with SEC financial reporting on an interim basis for 3-6 months. Resources must be local to Atlanta and able to be on-site with clients 2-3 days per week.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience with both preparing and reviewing corporate financial reporting documentation including 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, footnotes, MD&A write-ups, consolidated financials, and financial statement support. Must have experience with SEC reporting duties at public companies.

Prior experience with systems such as Hyperion, Anaplan, and/or OneStream highly preferred.
