LHH Recruitment in partnership with a firm in New York is seeking a part time interim Tax Attorney. This role will be on site once a week but the team is flexible. This role will last 4 months and will be a 20 hour per week position.

Responsibilities

Assist with Corporate Taxation matters, partnership and joint venture tax

Assist with New York City and State Tax

Assist with representing REITs

Assist with structuring corporate, partnership, fund and real estate transactions

Draft tax revision documents

Draft operating agreements, limited partnership agreements, shareholder agreements and purchase/sale agreements, PPM's etc.

Any other duties required of the role

Requirements

JD and licensed in NY or NJ

4+ years of Tax Attorney experience
