We are looking for a talented Interior Assembly Manager to join our growing team. An Interior Assembly Manager is responsible for ensuring the product is delivered to the customer in exact sequence.
What you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring supplies to the customers while complying with the due date and quality requirements
- Controlling and managing the sequence of assembly
- Determining cost calculation data
- Implementation and monitoring of the given goals
- Ensuring the implementation of new projects
- Optimization of the production sequences and production processes with reference to high product quality and increasing the quantity accuracy
- Standard tasks of department head:
- Personnel management, personnel planning and development
- Budget planning and responsibility for costs
- Investment planning
- Enforcement of compliance with the quality management system and the quality requirements
- Sustained continuous improvement process actions and process and product optimization
- Ensuring continuous improvement in tidiness and cleanliness
- Ensuring compliance with all the accident prevention and health protection measures
- Operational suggestion system
- Ensuring and supporting professional education
- Reporting to the plant management
- Promotion of the readiness of the employees to work independently in the framework of the delegated authority to achieve optimum performance
- Ensuring that the “correct staff is occupying the correct position” as well as a purposeful personnel search for potential candidates
- Complete other duties as assigned.
What will you bring to the table (Skills/Experience Required):
- Professional and management experience in the automobile industry
- Plastics, process and automation technology
- Graduate engineer, industrial engineer; or relevant job experience.
- Preferably specialization in plastics technology/machinery manufacturing or process technology
- Production methods (for example, Toyota Production System, Lean Manufacturing, Value Stream Mapping)
- Quality Management
- Management techniques
- Personnel management, personnel planning and development
- Order control
- Costs/Action control
- REFA/MTM training
- ISO/TS 16949
- Quality VDA 6.3
- English
- IT knowledge (Office, SAP R3, ... )
- English language skills
