Job DescriptionConstruction Company seeks an Interior Construction Super / Foreman for small to mid-size boutique type construction renovations primarily focused on Commercial Renovations and, at times, high-end residential jobs in NYC. The individual must be experienced in all aspects of construction.Main Objective: The candidate should have past and relevant experience as an on the tools  carpenter foreman while helping run smaller jobs and working closely with the job site supervisor on mid to larger size renovations, coordinating with the project management staff. If this isn't for you, please do not apply.Key Responsibilities:Perform high-quality carpentry and framing.Execute layouts and framing.Coordinate trades in all phases of construction, including framing and masonry.Monitor daily work and keep the team on timeline.Read blueprints and ensure compliance with OSHA safety training.Provide opinions about the work when asked and review work for quality control.Aid and assist with estimating and site visits for future jobs.Minimum Requirements:Minimum 20 years of carpentry experience.Quality management skills.Strong oral and written communication skills.Legal to work in the U.S.Valid Driver's License.#J-18808-Ljbffr
